Gary Knee

Chief Executive Officer

Gary oversees all operational functions at Incognito, including sales, professional services, product development, marketing, and customer success. With a dedication to delivering exceptional value, Gary ensures that Incognito provides cutting-edge solutions and services that meet the evolving needs of both current and future clients. With over 25 years of experience in the software industry, Gary has led various product, services, and support teams, most recently with TransMedia Dynamic, Amdocs, Optiva, and Nortel Networks. Gary holds an Executive MBA from the University of Ottawa and an Engineering Technology degree from Memorial University of Newfoundland.

Craig Sinasac

Head of Product

As head of product, Craig is responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and accessibility of Incognito's diverse product portfolio. With over 25 years of experience in business development, product lifecycle management, and client services, he has a proven track record of delivering innovative, scalable solutions and building high-performing teams. Before joining Incognito in 2024, Craig held key leadership positions at Velocix, Amdocs, CENX, and Nortel. Craig holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Windsor, and he has furthered his expertise by completing courses in Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, and Marketing at York University.

Ricardo Gonzalez

Head of Sales

As head of sales globally for Incognito, Ricardo is responsible for all aspects of sales strategy and execution, bringing over 25 years of experience in sales and account management with communication service providers (CSPs). Ricardo joined Incognito in April 2019 from Amdocs, where he led sales for two major CSP Groups in the CALA region. Ricardo's prior experience includes sales roles with Oracle, MetaSolv, Nortel and Ericsson, among others. Ricardo is native in Spanish and English, with professional fluency in Portuguese, and holds an MBA from IPADE.

Alex Bordatchev

Head of Finance

Alex is responsible for leading the finance function at Incognito. As a leader with over 15 years of financial experience, Alex has an extensive background in strategic business partnering, controllership, and financial reporting. Prior to joining Incognito in 2023, Alex worked for TMX Group and Siemens, in both North America and Europe. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Accounting degree from Brock University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA). In his spare time, Alex enjoys playing hockey, sailing, cooking and woodworking.

Manoj Dhirde

Head of Professional Services

Manoj leads professional services at Incognito and is responsible for delivering telecom solutions involving Incognito products to service providers all across the globe. He brings 15+ years of experience spanning OSS/BSS integration, HFC/GPON/Metro Ethernet service provisioning, and device management. Manoj holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Mumbai University and has a PG diploma from University College Dublin. Outside work, Manoj enjoys playing cricket and badminton and cheering his daughter and son on the soccer field.

Miriam Rautiainen

Head of Marketing

Miriam oversees all marketing functions at Incognito. With over two decades of B2B technology marketing experience, Miriam has a comprehensive background in raising awareness, generating demand, and enabling sales. Before starting with Incognito in 2025, she led global marketing at Senstar, and previous to that worked at QNX, Nokia, and Mitel. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Carleton University. In her spare time, Miriam likes spending time with family, singing, dog walking, and cooking.

Debra Iscove

Head of Human Resources

Debra leads the human resources (HR) function at Incognito. Her extensive background in HR spans many professional services industries, such as legal, insurance, architecture, and engineering. She is fuelled by a passion for engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and focus on driving efficiencies and delivering results. She holds a Bachelor's degree from McGill University and is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL). Outside of work, you’ll find her at the boxing gym or running around town with her family.
