With over 20 years of experience in OSS, Sonya has held various customer-facing roles, such as product marketing, sales engineering, and professional services. She has provided support for the business and technical needs of global telecom, cable, and mobile service providers and has developed thought-leadership content and solution marketing material. Her prior experience includes positions at reputable companies such as Incognito, Ericsson (CENX), Espial, Netcracker, Syndesis/Subex, and Nortel Networks. Sonya holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Engineering degree from the University of Ottawa. Outside of work, she is a proud mother of six-year-old twins and enjoys horseback riding.
