Orange Moldova has selected Incognito Software Systems Inc. to accelerate their expansion into the cable and fibre residential broadband services market.
To help deliver rapid triple-play services to their home customers, the service provider plans to leverage Broadband Command Center and Digital Home Experience Solution from Incognito to enable faster time-to-market for new services, improve network insight to proactively address service quality issues, and unify the management of home network devices across multiple technologies.
“In order to meet time-to-market demands in the competitive residential broadband market, we required a flexible device provisioning and management solution that could deliver services to new devices as well as numerous legacy devices,” said Dhiae Mohammed Ali, Deputy CTO at Orange Moldova. “Gaining uniform solutions that can not only deliver triple-play services but also proactively manage customer experiences and improve customer care efficiencies will provide a launch point for continued expansion in the region.”
