In software design, there is a field called user experience (UX) that’s dedicated to improving the overall experience a person has with a particular interactive system. At Incognito, we have dedicated resources to this field and started our own UX department about a year ago. We’re now revising how our software works so that we can make your experience even more productive and satisfying.
Over the next few months, you can expect to see new applications and new interfaces – in essence, new ways of doing things. Help us design this new user experience by telling us what you are looking for. Feel free to send any comments that you have about Incognito applications, APIs, website, etc. to UIX@incognito.com.
