Vancouver, Canada – February 5, 2024 – Incognito Software Systems Inc., a leading global provider of broadband service orchestration, device management, and network intelligence solutions for service providers, announced that Telco Republic has named Incognito a niche innovator in its recent Disrupter Quintant report for Next-generation Telecom Operations and Business Support Systems (NG-TOBS). The Q4 2023 report evaluated several vendors to assess their ability to disrupt the traditional OSS and BSS market by enabling communication service providers (CSPs) to transition to next-generation operations and business support infrastructures.
"The evolution of networks to 5G and IoT requires a modernized OSS and BSS architecture. This means that traditional rigid and siloed approaches no longer can meet CSPs' requirements for network scalability and adaptability," said Martina Kurth, CEO of Telco Republic. "Our report provides a unique and rigorous assessment of key vendors, including research with their customers, to evaluate their ability to support CSPs to meet these challenges. Vendors, like Incognito Software Systems, are emerging as potentially disruptive sourcing alternatives for CSPs as they transform to next-generation software platforms."
"The OSS transformation journey for CSPs brings unique operational challenges that Incognito is experienced in addressing across our global customer base. We are delighted to be recognized in Telco Republic's expert assessment of next-generation telecom OSS/BSS vendors," said Pete Koat, CEO of Incognito Software Systems. "Their independent research underscores that Incognito has a solid track record of assisting CSPs in innovating and achieving a competitive edge, underpinned by our ability to excel in operational agility, and deliver a highly positive customer experience."
The report highlights Incognito's longstanding and collaborative customer relationships, market differentiation with no-code abstraction of provisioning business processes, and use of open APIs to reduce integration overhead to element and network management systems (EMS/NMS).
