Vancouver, Canada – September 30, 2020 – Incognito Software Systems Inc., a leading global provider of broadband service orchestration software solutions for digital service providers, today announced that its Self-Care Widgets, a value-added module of its Digital Experience Solution 2.0, has been recognized among the best in the industry by the 2020 Broadband Technology Report's Diamond Technology Reviews. Receiving the Honoree Score of 4 Diamonds for its ability to help service providers extend their digital care channels, as well as equip home and small-business subscribers with the self-care functions to manage their broadband experience, Incognito’s Self-Care Widgets provides the tools to improve the user experience and reduce operational costs.
"With the in-premise network becoming more complex and 70% of inbound support calls being related to Wi-Fi connectivity issues, reducing the burden on customer care, preventing technical escalations to network operations, and avoiding truck rolls have never been more critical to helping reduce operational costs," said Pete Koat, CTIO at Incognito. "Building on the 4 Diamond score we received in 2018 for the launch of our Digital Experience Solution, we are pleased to once again be named as an Honoree in the 2020 Diamond Technology Reviews for our innovative approach to helping operators tackle these challenges by empowering users with more control over their in-premise Wi-Fi network with modular, reusable, and customizable widgets."
"On behalf of the Broadband Technology Report's 2020 Diamond Technology Reviews, I would like to congratulate Incognito on their 4 Diamonds Honoree status," said Broadband Technology Report's Chief Editor, Stephen Hardy. "This program recognizes and rewards the top products and solutions available to the broadband cable industry. We appreciate all entries we receive though not all were honored with 3.5 Diamonds or above."
Incognito’s Subscriber Self-Care Widgets easily integrate into existing service provider customer portals or mobile applications to provide a one-stop-shop for all customer care needs and extend technical self-care features to subscribers allowing them to adjust Wi-Fi passwords, change Wi-Fi channels, perform Wi-Fi diagnostics, and manage connected devices in the home or small business network. An optional module for the Incognito Digital Experience Solution 2.0, the Self-Care Widgets can be tailored to meet the needs of power users and non-technical customers. What’s more, Incognito’s widgets allow operators to avoid B/OSS transformation projects and execute rapid IT implementation to introduce new functions in weeks.
